After the successful completion of the Greek Policy Lab, we are delighted to announce the second popAI Policy Lab!

The event will be hosted in a virtual mode by the Hochschule für den öffentlichen Dienst in Bayern (HfoeD) on September 15th, 2022. It will involve entities from Germany and will be held in German. Of course, German speakers are more than welcome to participate!

The objective of the Policy Lab is to facilitate the exchange of views between Law Enforcement Authorities and relevant experts coming from different fields (academia, university, public sector, civil society, etc.) and to discuss / evaluate solutions to identified controversies from experimental models. 

At this Policy Lab, the focus will be the application of AI-based technologies in two areas: police cars and child pornography. The participants will be divided in three break-out rooms where they will have the chance to give their opinion about both topics. 

Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and raise awareness in the context of a well- designed working methodology.
